We believe that learning is the lifelong transformation of our representations of the world. Some key principles underpin our vision of teaching and learning at school:

Ownership in Learning

The highest form of learning emerges when we develop a metacognitive perspective, when we learn how to learn, when we ask new questions, and when we inform and question judgments and beliefs critically and creatively.

Growth Mindset

Effective learning requires that students, teachers and the school share a growth mindset that sets ambitious cognitive goals, promotes intellectual risk-taking, nurtures creativity and is committed to the notion that “failing is growing.”

Collaborative work, critical thinking & problem solving
