Jeannine Manuel School is a co-educational bilingual, international and independent private day school registered as a British Charity. As such, the school does not receive any government funding, from the UK or otherwise.

Schedule of Fees

Each term’s fees accrue separately and the fees payable in respect of each term are due as follows:

Bursaries

We are proud to offer means-tested bursaries to eligible families. Currently, 16% of our students benefit from bursarial support, with awards covering on average two-thirds of tuition fees.

Our bursary programme is designed to ensure that families with demonstrated financial need can benefit from our world-class bilingual education. All bursary decisions are confidential and based on a rigorous assessment of financial circumstances.

How should I apply for a bursary?

To apply for a bursary at Jeannine Manuel School, new families must first submit their online application for admission. In parallel to this, please complete our separate bursary application form.

French families must check their eligibility for financial aid from the French Government (AEFE) before applying for a school bursary. If eligible, you are required to submit a separate application for a French Government bursary.

What is the French Government Financial Aid?

Financial aid from the French Government is also available for French applicants. You may be eligible for financial aid from the Agence pour l’Enseignement Français à l’Étranger (AEFE) if your child has French nationality and is registered with the French Consulate.

Families who are awarded a bursary from the French Government (including partial bursaries) will automatically be granted a bursary from the School equal to the difference between the School fees for the year and the AEFE threshold.

Pupils who are not eligible for the French Government bursaries are of course more than welcome to apply for a School bursary directly.

Bursaries: important information

Bursary applications for returning students must be submitted annually at the time of re-enrolment.
Due to limited funding, late applications are unlikely to be successful.
